About Olivia
I’m a holistic coach with a mission to support people in building a more sustainable life balance through purposeful and dynamic engagement with their lives. Through my own experiences in coaching and therapy, I learned to appreciate the value of having a partner in accountability who was deeply committed to my growth and well-being. My ongoing journey led me to pursue a certification in coaching, and I am now an ICF accredited coach. I built a practice grounded in mindfulness and sustainable personal growth. It brings me true joy to facilitate opportunities for my clients to renew their self-confidence and discover what actually makes them feel good.
I began officially coaching in the spring of 2020, though I have been informally coaching and supporting various people in my life for many years. I have spent my life working in people-focused fields, namely education, hospitality, and event planning. All of these experiences allowed me to grow my understanding of how to care for and support the goals of others. I am very fortunate to have gained experience from and practiced under the guidance of gifted and humble mentors. Their wisdom gave me the space and confidence to grow into myself and find my own voice.
When I’m not coaching, I explore my neighborhood eateries, walk in the park, or hunker down with a crossword. I’m not much of a gym person, so I rock climb instead. It feels like full play to me. I love to cook and fancy myself a sandwich expert - but who’s to say!
Live well. Prune often.
It is so easy to accumulate – be it acquaintances or tupperware – that before we know it, we are at capacity, and can’t seem to get a clear view of it all. My philosophy of ‘pruning often’ stems from my personal experience with both acquiring, shedding, and reimagining material goods, energy drains, and relationship dynamics. In response to the accumulation haze, I prune on a regular basis. Sometimes it’s an overhaul and sometimes it’s a minimal rearrange, but it’s always a practice in forward motion and space-making. I practice my own mantra and tend to my mental, physical, and emotional well-being. This means I take stock of my own life and get coached, so I can be a better, more present coach for you.
